Founder, Milk & Honey Organic Farm Andrew Isbabanal, a young aboriginal, who abandoned his good job at a construction company of Silicon Valley. After obtaining his degree of MBA in U.S., he came back to Taiwan and engaged in the organic agriculture at his hometown. He insists on not using chemical fertilizers and growing the healthiest and pollution-free organic orange daylily. He expects his farm to produce strong crops and healthy food for the public, just like the name of "milk and honey" to manifest the land of Canaan given by God. Neither with the support of Agriculture Production and Marketing Groups, nor the assistance on funds, technology, and manpower from others, he still adheres to his initial "attitude", "persistence", "concept" and "passion" to grow "perfume orange daylily " which reflects his characters: vitality and anti-pressure. 杜司偉
流奶與蜜之地有機農場負責人 布農族原住民青年杜司偉，頂著美國企管碩士學位卻放棄在美國矽谷的營建業工作，返鄉從事有機農業。他堅持不用化學肥料，種植出最健康無汙染的有機金針。 就如同「流奶與蜜」的命名，他期待自家農場能像上帝所賜予的迦南美地一樣，生長出結實纍纍的作物，為大眾帶來健康的食物。 沒有產銷班支持，資金、技術、人力也缺乏的情況下，他始終秉持「態度」、「堅持」、「理念」與「熱情」初衷，他選擇的「香水金針」，反映出他人格特質: 活力與抗壓。 |
